1. Agreement

By accessing or using FTC Tracker (the "App" and the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial FTC team activities. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Data Sources and Accuracy

The app displays publicly available information from official FTC data sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability.

4. Pro Subscription

Optional features may be offered via in-app purchase. Billing is handled by Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through Apple ID settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to circumvent security, or violate applicable laws or API terms.

6. Intellectual Property

FTC Tracker and its content are owned by Jake Lerner or licensors. FIRST, FIRST Tech Challenge, and related marks are property of FIRST and are used for identification only. This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIRST.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
